Oh, this is the one at 218 Madison- relatively near Bryant Park, right? Huge window in the front-right corner with a cluttered table in front and a bunch of Manos hanging on the right wall by it? I don't remember the colorful decal in the window, or the window even, but I was in a rush that day.

I took a trip to NYC two years back and enjoyed visiting. Got a pattern for a cabled baby jacket and some Lana Gatto Iside I have yet to do anything with (two skeins each my high school's 3 colors, only prettier! I'm an orange-whore ;-)

One of my LYS just half-closed. It's based in Cape May, NJ, and hour bus ride away, but had a branch in Northfield. Northfield closed back in June, but Cape May is still open. If you're not familiar with the area, Northfield is two cities away from Atlantic City. Cape May is the aforementioned hour-long bus ride.

Shame to see either store close.
